Ha-ha! I'm different!
I'm in the final year of my degree in Drama and Theatre Studies, in
Dublin, Ireland. The course is quite acadamic, but in terms of practical
stuff I do a lot of lighting and sound design.
This year I'm going to try and either work for a theatre company whose
work I like, do a bit of freelance techie stuff, or start an ensemble
with my friends, so we can all do a bit of everything. I want to act,
direct and devise as well, not just be a jobbing techie.
Might make a digital video film, do some travelling, take a sound
engineering or music technology course...we'll see...And I'm still
slowly but surely getting to grips with making my own tunes.
And I've no intention of working in banking or web-development. Ever.
